Also waiting to hear. Not unusual for him to go long periods and then contact us. I do know he had a very serious episode at school. Then heard he was helping his dad do some work on their house and yard which he was really enjoying as part of the project was creating a special place for parties, sleep overs and other activities outside the house - a Ry cave if you will and it looked really cool. I also know they were still trying to find the right medication(s) to get the best results for him but they have not been as effective as one might wish.
I am hoping he is in Scarborough at the seaside having a bit of a vacation before school starts up again. I know in the past they have had problems with wifi and internet there. However don't know if he made it there or not.
I do know the episode at school I heard of was extremely serious and came on quite quickly and quick action by the school staff, especially Mr. Swim, saved his life. Ry's disease can be very debilitating and devastating and some days he just feels weak and tired. It's been a struggle to keep up with work at school.
Anything's possible. I hope and pray he is doing ok but you never know. He does persevere and doesn't like to complain about his circumstances. He does follow this site. Am pretty sure he will pop up again and surprise us, hopefully soon!
