Yep I've seen many mermaid videos on Youtube, both in mermaid tails and long dresses. I actually prefer the long dresses, because it's something I can imagine myself doing. I've thought about swimming in a mermaid tail, but it would restrict me to mainly one stroke (fly) and I enjoy doing a twirly mix of all four strokes (breast/free/back/fly). Yes it's fun swimming in an ultra-long dress that gets totally tangled round your arms and legs (like the wonderful wedding dress) but teenage girls have the habit of copying you and I wouldn't want to be responsible for an incident, nor would I want to be told off by the lifeguards for bending the pool rules (though I'd love to swim in something even more thrilling, lol). Always fill your day with wonderful things :)
