I have a yellow T-shirt lying around that I don't wear because I don't think the color looks good on me, so I keep it for when I need to do something dirty and don't want to mess up a good shirt (although these days I usually just go shirtless). I got it wet in the bath once, it was kind of fun although I was hoping that it would go semi-transparent which it didn't really.
Black is probably my favorite color to wear wet.
I also like tank tops/sleeveless shirts. One that I've soaked a few times including in the river is a grey tank.
