None of these boys had ever been at Joey's house before, and Joey himself had his hair back (he has quite long hair). Besides, it seems like they were just the type of people who are troublemakers.

The charges were dropped, Sorry I wasn't clear about that. As soon as the cops learned that it was actually Joey's house they dropped everything.
