I just visited the Tractor Supply website. They are listed for precisely $24.99, so even with VAT (or sales tax as we call it), it would still be under $30. Since they're made in the USA, the tariff war wouldn't affect what I would pay, but with shipping and import taxes, you might pay substantially more. Still, you might be able to get a better deal by going directly to the Tractor Supply Company website.
The real mystery is how you can get cheap wellies made in the USA, but $150 cowboy boots have to be made in China. Maybe those are cheaper in England.
