Gee, Zonie, they say imitation is the greatest form of flattery! I feel very flattered you chose to dress like a "proper mudder from Maine." I would have loved to have seen you in that garb. The oilskin drover coat sounds interesting. I always wanted to get something like that but never have. And I love wearing my cowboy hat in the rain and listening to the rain drops plop on it and then drip off over the brim.

Sounds like you had some good hikes. I do think you should have tried the Maine accent at Pete's just to see his reaction.

You made me laugh and cheered me up a bit, which I needed. Things are very dull around here right now. Hope you get in some more muddy hikes before returning to work.
