Apparently it's to keep this bug from spreadin more. The sick houses can be dealt with and the NHS can cope. But the well houses shud stay well and not catch it. Then in 3 to 4 weeks we can all start to get back to normal. I like the idea, especially if it works like planned. Plus there won't be any panic buyin allowed so everyone shud get what they need and no more!
