For me I love getting soaked in thin black work (or school) trousers worn with a light blue dress shirt, either open or with a tie. Light blue (or white) dress shirts look fantastic wet, very exciting. As a teenager I used to lie on my stomach in the bath dressed like that, usually in fairly shallow water so I could look back at myself part-in and part-out of the water soaking wet. I had great times like that.
