As mentioned in the previous thread, some actors actually have stunt doubles for wet scenes. In a lot of movies, scenes are shot out of sequence, sometimes not even on the same day. Of course there are some places in the American West where at some times of year clothes really do dry very quickly. One 113° day several months ago, I hosed myself down to mow the lawn and was dry in about half an hour.
