There had been a Cabella's in Glendale, on the opposite side of the Phoenix metro area, but the name was changed to Bass Pro, so I think they're gradually changing the names. At the Mesa location, the waterfall ended in what was just a decorative pond, not a fish tank, and it was shallow enough that diving would have been dangerous, so maybe the sign was added as an afterthought.
