There's a lot online about this, but it's not something that grabs me. I prefer my bodily fluids to go straight into my pants. Must be difficult to satisfy yourself as well with a heavy nappy on.
I have seen advertised some incontinence pants, which they reckon look just like boxers, but have an absorbant pad at the front to soak up any drips or dribbles. I keep wanting to go the FAQ's and ask if they can absorb a full yield. Haven't had the courage yet.
