US Pools

I noticed that some places in Europe have pools where they allow people to swim in clothes. They even have parties for it. I think the Netherlands has a swim test for swimming in clothes.
The US is pretty big and spread out, so we don't have many opportunities for any big wet clothes parties. How do you think we can change that? What can we do to create regional meetups where we can rent decent size pools (maybe public pools) and encourage the public to try swimming in clothes or simply wading in a pool in clothes?
