Well, Brockwell Park near Herne Hill has an outdoor pool (unfortunately unheated) and it's allegedly run by Fusion (the leisure-centre company that lets me swim in dresses and leggings, unfortunately not denim or jeans), so it might be worth a try. It's not specifically LGBTQ+ just wet :) There are a number of LGBTQ+ clubs in the Soho area, though I don't know of any with a pool. The Aquarium and the Oasis are each alleged to have a pool, though they're not specifically LGBTQ+ and I dunno their swimwear dress code.
