Novel with Wetlook

There is a novel I came across called "Dylan". It is basically about narcissistic bullying and obsession. The main character gets wet over and over in the book, wearing different outfits including a mini dress (really), school uniform, corduroy trousers and jacket, and tuxedo among others.
