I'd rather be getting wet, though I do enjoy both.
I like getting wet and seeing others get wet in shorts, t-shirts, jeans, and track pants. My favorites are unexpected or unplanned moments, when people get wet like in a game, as a dare, or with a group that suddenly decides to start throwing people in the pool with their clothes on.
