I certainly didn't find any fault with the Snow Day story. It was great. Maybe Felix just accidentally pushed the wrong button.
What I find more common than stories being deleted is not being allowed in the first place. There are some words that aren't allowed, some of them fairly innocuous, that will trigger the site filter.
The last time I had a post actually be removed after posting was before you started posting here. It was in 2020, and I had proposed a soaked clothes protest of California's COVID restrictions, and someone took offense to a suggestion of what kind of mask to wear.
