I have a more subtle way to put it that might be more acceptable to you and your neighbors: Offer to match or exceed her hours in the dunk tank yourself. She won't know that you consider being dunked fun.
As a side note, in colonial America they had a different term for "Karens." In those days the legal term for them was "common scolds." The traditional punishment for common scolds was the ducking stool.
