Wearing 4 layers

I've been preferring to swim in boxers and a t-shirt rather than a swim suit and I'm lucky that there's one parks district that doesn't restrict what people wear in the pool. I'll even do a long sleeve shirt to make it harder to swim and create a better workout.

But I've thought about wearing 4 separate layers: stretchy boxer briefs, then regular boxers, then swim shorts and finally jean shorts.
