If it was me I'd go full brand new suit, shirt, tie and shoes. I'd literally take them out their packaging st the waters edge, put everything on then immediately run into the water. But with the options you've suggested if it was me, I'd go white shirt (whould have to be mens to fit me) school tie and blazer (bold colour) and if i was feeling really kinky, somethingid not done before, id wear a school skirt (a short checked one) with tights.
