Evidently they're having a heat wave in eastern Tennessee. Parker Rose, aka Mr. Viper, found that some local young people were jumping off a cliff into a reservoir, attached a Go-Pro to himself, and recorded and posted his jump and swim. It looks like he's back to his old custom of cliff jumping.
