Most web browsers show a difference between unvisited and visited links (at least until they drop out of the browser's history). Isn't this your highlighting? Scroll down, see what's new...

I find the date format confusing, as it's not in a logical order. I recommend using the ISO date format: yyyy-mm-dd ...it's unambiguous and puts the most significant part first with the least significant last, so (techy note) string comparisons sort the dates correctly. Similarly I recommend always quoting times in 24-hour format: hh:mm ...again with leading zeroes not suppressed (e.g. five minutes past midnight should be shown as 00:05).
