Thanks for your reply and I've thought about what you said and I agree that I can see where maybe it was possible for some people to feel uncomfortable. But see my other post. I don't think that happened here in this case. Though I completley agree its very important to make sure no one feels pressure or uncomfortable about it. If you ask me, anyone who doesn't want to go in the dunk tank just shouldn't have to, no questions asked. But that's what happened here. As far as I know anyway.
I'll talk to my scoutmaster this week and if I can't figure it out then I think I'll take your advice and just try signingup directly and skipping the boy scouts.
