It is based on little bits of memory when growing up.
Soggy Wars 1 is me finding out about how nice wet nylon PE shorts are but just on my own.
Soggy Wars 2 (this bit) is the first time soaked with someone else and finding out wet clothes get me happy as all us boys know about.
Soggy Wars 3 was when Wacky Wet World was invented and there are loads of us out in the universe.
Soggy Wars 4 That has still to hapen yet and future soggy advenures.
