My boy is not technically my “son”. My wife and I basically adopted him when he was 10 years old. We would often times have water fights or end up at the local splash pad or lake. He just thought we were having spontaneous fun and never knew I intentionally planned it. He preferred swim trunks but would take one for the team if he had to. He didn't enjoy it like I did. My wife is aware of who I am, so she knew what I was up to as long as I took care of the wet clothes afterwards. No clothes were off limits but I always prefer jeans. When he turned 15, we bought a house with an inground pool. We often pretended to push each other in. I almost always wore jeans around the pool in anticipation of getting pushed in. He would normally have swim trunks or nylon shorts and a T-shirt. Occasionally I would get a chance to return the favor and push him in while he was in jeans or jean shorts but not too often. Once he got his driver's license, he would always need money to go out with friends. I would tell him that if he would jump in the pool with his clothes on, I would give him $20. That got to be expensive, but it was worth it. He always wore boxers where I'm a WT fan myself. He rarely wore shoes or socks in the pool.
