The sensual pleasure is what it is all about, from my perspective.
At an early age, I developed a fetish for blue jeans and shiny brown or black leather moc toe shoes. It happened to me upon witnessing a kid my age so dressed go up a slide ladder ahead of me and upon coming down the slide, he failed to stop at the end but fell on his butt into a big mud puddle at the bottom. As other kids laughed at him, he began to cry and I empathized with his embarrassment and humiliation. But the thought of that happening to me, too, registered as a turn-on and I began to fancy falling in mud puddles in blue jeans and what I came to call "car mud" shoes since ever after the sight of mud puddles in car tracks along dirt roads was enough for me to fancy stepping, slipping and falling into them. But being modest about my proclivities, believing for years that I was the only one so afflicted--a freak, so to speak--I was careful not to let on for fear of someone taking advantage of the opportunity to "out" my secret desires and thus humiliate me in public.
As I got older, just the mere thought of getting wet in clothes, particularly in blue jeans and leather shoes would do me. That I attributed to watching TV shows or movies where someone fell in the water fully clothed. Back in the 1950s, when I was young, cowboy movies and kids' adventure shows were prominent and someone seemed to always be getting wet and/or muddy in blue jeans.
Once I got to be an adult and out on my own, I began to secretly live some of those fantasies in the flesh. I'm still modest and only share my thoughts with like-minded folks on this forum.
