I'm in a swim team in high school. Twice a week we swim in our clothes to create drag and make it harder to swim. After a while I got used to it. We would swim several for over an hour each time. I did become a much faster swimmer because of it.

At first I thought this is crazy, but then found out how good this feels and how much fun it is in a swim team. Now it is my favourite way to enjoy swimming. Haven't been topless in the water ever since.
