Sleeping in soaked clothes:
When it is to hot to sleep during the summer me likes to slide into bed in my soaked clothes. I sleep in my footy kit (shirt and shorts only) or a t shirt and shorts or sometimes only in one of my large baggy shirts. By morning me is all dry again. A few times I did sleep in soaked trackys but this did take a few days for the mattress to dry up.
Crazy ways to get soaked:
Over the years me has had a few crazy ideas in the name of getting my clothes soaked, muddy or gunged. My best craziest ideas are:
Put up a tent underwater in a swimming pool. This was at a hotel not far from Wacky Wet World HQ. Was with Neptune and Felix. We did not have a spare tent but Felix did have a few ponchos that we used. It was great fun trying it. Sadly the pool was later knocked down and the hotel made into houses. :-(

In 2001 me Neptune and Dolphin (our driver and guide) on our 4 day soggy holiday to the Isle Of Wight. We were soaked every day and did a few crazy things but what stands out the most is one late evening we sneak into the Queens Private Beach next to Osborne House. The beach is pebbly and nothing that special however the location was. At the time the beach was privately owned by the Queen and off limits to the public. I had a quick splash around in the sea then had a look at Queen Victoria's Beach Shelter. Jumped back in the car still soaked and made our escape.
The Queens Private Beach is now open to public and you can visit it when you visit English Heritage (Osborne House). We did it first. :-)
