My guess is that O2 may have discovered content they disapproved of on this site's server, and they blocked the entire server from public access rather than just the specific site or content they had a problem with. I doubt that they had any problem with Wacky Wet World as such. Their actions seem less competent than they could be? I guess they won't explain or revise their actions?

Good luck with the countermeasures. Dunk the blockers! A good soaking will relieve the stress of this. :-)
