Summer is here. Sea swimming has stared at 8am most mornings, tide and weather permitting. Temperature of around 16'C is acceptable if you dress up warm.
Sportswear under tracksuit and/or windbreaker anorak and rain pants with sandals is best for swimming. Afterwards sitting on the beach for 10-20 minutes drains off most water, leaving one pleasantly damp for the way home.
