The best bets are the Essex or north Kent coasts, lots and lots of deep, thick, smooth tidal mud. I have been to a couple of different places in Essex last summer and had ball!
I love to get muddy in tight shiny lycra, and also sometimes nylon shorts (like the old 80s footie kits, small and silky). I'm in London if you're interested in meeting up?
